Water Bottles Fall Out
I have only used this running belt a handful of times. Today it came apart while I was running, and the water bottle fell out onto the road. I wasn’t even trying to get it out or in at the time. The stitching just came loose, and the bottle fell out. I was only about .5 mile into a 7-mile run, so I had to run the next 50 minutes while carrying that bottle. Very poor quality for a new running belt.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bottles leak
Reviewed in Canada on October 12, 2021
From the first use of this running belt with 4 bottles I noticed my hands were sticky with the sports drink I was using. I assumed I was sloppy. Finally, after 7 runs, I looked closely and discovered a break in the neck of two of the bottles. I contacted the seller who said that there is no warranty on the bottles, and that the break was because I overtightened the caps. I have been tightening caps for nearly 70 years (I can't count my toddler years) and I do know how much a plastic cap can take. I then asked if I could purchase a new set of bottles. They said that they receive belt and bottles together as a package from their distributer and cannot sell just bottles. I asked for a partial refund. I did not get a reply to that request. They replied quickly enough to my first queries, but did not offer any solution. Sadly, I looked closely to discover the source of the leak only after the 30 day return period had passed. The belt is pretty useless without the bottles. I am disappointed both in the product and in the lack of support from the vendor. The belt is comfortable, and works well on a run. The only solution is to unscrew the cap to drink from the bottles. it is not a good solution, but it is the only one I have. So, unless you can be happy with leaky bottles, I would recommend not buying this product.
