Reebok Lifters for Men (Shoe) Baka'z Mann Review
Baka'z PlayGround
Product Description
Slay the circuit and lift with confidence in these men's shoes. Break your clean and jerk PRs with a stable and responsive midfoot wrap. An anti-friction lining helps keep your feet cool and dry.
Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

Now for function, this is why I love these shoes:
1) While I didn't regularly fall backwards on my squats, there were absolutely times where I tried to envision sitting back in a chair and would sometimes lose balance rather quickly. With these shoes, that no longer happens. Or rather, it does, but I can catch myself thanks to the heel supporting me. I love that because it's safer and makes me feel more confident at higher weights.
2) Definitely allows me to push a little better out of the hole, and allows me to get in a deeper squat position more naturally. I feel like more form has improved along while my stability since I got them. Now that I'm getting into heavier weights, I very much value this.
3) I use them for everything, including deadlifts and pendlay rows. The lift in the heel is small enough that I don't have to change, I just use them for all barbell work. Deadlifts I do feel like they get my hamstrings and glutes a bit more involved, and rows I just feel like they give me a better stretch. For OHP I do feel like they give me some better stability and put me in a slightly more athletic stance.
At 66 bucks, I can't say there's a reason to NOT them and I'm happy I bought them when I did. I'm two months into Stronglifts 5x5 and weights are starting to get heavy, and these shoes allow me to take those increases with confidence.
So I bought some Do Win Squat shoes. These are what I needed the whole time. A pair of real squat shoes.
Size 12 fit perfect. These are built Do Win's are quility and very comfortable. Great price for first pair of squat shoes.
First couple workouts in them what a difference! I can really get serious with working legs. Now squatting 2 plates, form is good, my knees don't hurt anymore. Solid footing and I can feel the weight is where it should be and my feet stay down. Great motivation with every workout.
